Among the leading Ford muscle cars in this week’s newsletter is a 1969 Shelby GT350 fastback out of Jensen Beach, Florida. It looks like it is being offered for sale by a private owner. Restored to its original Candy Apple red finish this is said to be one of only 229 built that year in this paint and trim code.
The seller tells us it has the correct 351/290 horsepower Ram Air engine, XFMX Cruise-O-Matic transmission and a 3.25 conventional rear axle. It is believed to have all the original body parts. The interior is exceptionally clean and detailed as you can see in the Slide Show photos (see link above.) The seats are black Clarion Knit/ Corinthian vinyl high-back bucket seats with red inserts. It has oil pressure and alternate gauges, an in dash clock, AM/FM radio, tachometer and wood grain trim. The current odometer reading is 46,122 miles. They say it comes with a Marti Report.
