A new rust removal treatment is going to revolutionize the auto restoration business. Rust Bullet, a chemical coating that applies like paint, changes everything. You can just spray it on and Rust Bullet transforms rusty surfaces to clean hard metal. I know it is an overworked word, but the only way to describe this treatment is “amazing.”
After it has arrested and transformed the rust, Rust Bullet is said to have a second treatment that will inhibit rust in the future to keep your metal in good rust-free condition. The best part about Rust Bullet is that it is easy to apply. It does not require mixing, or applying a catalyst primer. You can spray it on or apply it with a brush. It is so easy … that’s part of how amazing this product is!
Watch this video to see for yourself how it works:
Rust Bullet told us that it has been awarded two patents from the United States Patent & Trademark Office. It is fairly unusual for U.S.P.T.O. They have never awarded two patents for a rust and corrosion product. They issued two patents for two new technologies to cover both aspects of the Rust Bullet corrosion control treatment. It adds to the “mystique” of this “almost magical” process of rust removal and protection. Rust Bullet is said to kill rust and stop future rust. They say they guarantee it for up to ten years.
Rust Bullet products protect solid surfaces from oxidation and chemical attack. According to the promo, cured Rust Bullet coatings provide protection from steel rust, iron rust, metal rust and metals corrosion; and is more effective, easier to apply and less costly than epoxy coatings and other corrosion control products.
Most rust paints use old technologies to stop rust such as rust conversion with rust inhibiting chemicals added that simply do not work. Rust Bullet’s superior technology should not be confused with rust converters, rust paints or other exterior paints. Rust Bullet’s distinctive formulation allows the first coat to penetrate the rusted areas dehydrating the rust, causing it to become a compact solid again, which intertwines itself in the resin matrix becoming a permanent part of the coating. The second and subsequent coats of Rust Bullet create an impermeable surface.
Once the corrosion detection has been verified, a corrosion treatment is the next step in the restoration of the substrate. Depending on the type of metal, a stainless steel paint, steel coating, metal coating, or aluminum coating must be applied. Choosing Rust Bullet industrial coatings as the protection paint or protection coating can provide the anti-corrosion warranty that was previously unavailable. Whether your project is for industrial or automotive restoration, home, farm or marine coating, Rust Bullet tells us its products are superior metal protective coatings that will outperform and outlast any older type rust protection.

I understand that irons that have rust, it loses its structural integrity, it scales off the main portion affected and becomes more brittle. Changes of its main function iwill be noted. That is why i believe that it is best to use these rust protector or inhibitors to protect our cars and any metal or iron equipment that we have at home. I wonder how much this rust bullet cost?

From what I’ve read in this article, it seems the Rust Bullet product is certainly one to try! I have tried other products which protect solid surfaces from oxidation and chemical attack, but I am keen to see how well this product works in comparison. Thanks for the info, your article has been really helpful!
