I talked to this guy at the Hot August Nights show in Reno. I told him to put this car on our website because his price is right. He is a collector from Sacramento, California and he has this 1969 Dodge Dart GTS with a price on it of just $18,000. I didn’t get a chance to do an inspection on it but the car looked pretty good sitting there at the show. It would be worth having us do an inspection and appraisal. He says it is a “real” ’69 GTS 340, very desirable for a Mopar collector. It has the 727 Torqueflite transmission with an 8 3/4″ rear end and 3:23 gears. He told us it was “partially restored” in the mid-’80s. He says the engine is a fresh 340 and it comes with a recent Hotchkis suspension. Under the vinyl he discloses that there is a little surface rust discoloration. For the right Mopar guy this could be a money maker. It will be our DEAL of the DAY on Saturday. So Hurry! We don’t expect this one to last long.
