“Where to?” Wherever it is, wouldn’t it be fun going there in a 1981 Checker Cab Marathon Taxi? You’ll have to let the 15¢ per 1/8 mile remain in your memories or dreams though. We’re told this one comes from the second-to-last year of the Checker Marathon and is considered to be “The Rolls-Royce of Taxi Cabs,” by the seller, Fastlane Classic Cars of St. Charles, Missouri. They say the cab number light and flashing radio call sign are functional along with the factory air condition with rear vents.
