Out of Valley Stream, New York comes a 1969 Mustang GT that the seller says is a true show vehicle for the Mustang enthusiast. The ad reports the Gulfstream Aqua car is a first place winner at nearly every car show across the country, including several “Best of” trophies for Best Class, Best Mustang, Best of Show and more!
According to the ad, the Mustang has been featured in Ford’s Salute to the Armed Forces entitled “Homecoming” as well as the television commercial featuring Derek Jeter and Spike Lee on their quest through the streets of Brooklyn from the “stop light”. It is also featured on the front cover of Fred Winkowski’s book entitled “American Cars”.
The exterior color is Gulfstream Aqua with white deluxe comfort weave interior. With only 52,000 miles on the factory installed three (3) speed transmission, it’s one of the last 5,396 Mustang GT’s made in Ford’s last year of production of the original GT model.
