We’re told John Fisher of Indiana built the hand-crafted metal body for this 1939 Packard Twelve Boattail Speedster. It is under the care of The Auto Collections of Las Vegas, Nevada. It has enclosed dual side-mount spares and a 473 ci V12 engine that produces 175 horsepower, joined to a 4-speed manual transmission.

See the photographs for a better look at the factory style enclosed dual side-mount spare tire and rumble seat.
