Are you worried that your car won’t pass an IQ test? No fear. Auto manufacturers are scrambling to design “smart cars.” The 2014 Chicago Auto Show, America’s longest running exhibit by new car manufacturers, began this past weekend. “Smart cars” are to be seen all across the one-million square feet of display area at the 106th Annual Chicago Auto Show. We got our first look at the 2015 Corvette Z06 which Chevrolet is billing it as the greatest Corvette supercar ever. At its heart is an all-new supercharged LT4 engine rated at an estimated 625 horsepower. Its new design is said to create the greatest dynamic downforce ever in a Corvette. Photo journalist Doug Bennett grabbed this shot of the next generation 2015 Corvette Z06. Click this link to see some of the top new car offerings he found at the show. The new car dealer show runs through February 17, 2014 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
