A 1961 Volkswagon Micro with a Camper Conversion
When this 1961 VW Micro Bus Camper left the factory in Germany, it did so with a very rare option installed, double cargo doors on both sides. That made it an attractive option for the Oregon-based Caravelle Camper company in the United States to make a camper conversion out of it. After 35 years in storage and professional restoration, it’s out in the sun once again and ready for a retro weekend away. The Auto Collections in Las Vegas has posted it for sale on the Cars On Line.com website. The Auto Collections is the largest classic car museum in the country. We like their video presentation on this 1961 VW Micro Bus Camper. It is a great example of what video ads can do for a seller.
It has Safari windows, new glass, chrome and rubber. New canvas is stretched across the awning and a roof luggage rack rests on top. Notice the fully detailed undercarriage and suspension. The cabinetry, paneling and headliner are new and done in maple wood. There was still room for an icebox, water storage tank and pump, as well as a fold-out bed and vintage gas heater! The 1,600cc motor and transmission were both rebuilt, meaning you don’t have to worry about being stranded in the woods either.
Video ads have become the most important new development for internet sellers. It is absolutely essential when you are selling a good quality vehicle to include a video of the car in your ad. The best way to advertise it is in a Cars On Line.com ad with a video window. Just upload your video to You Tube. Then we will embed your video in your ad at no extra charge.
