A well known 1937 Packard Dietrich Convertible Sedan has just been offered for sale by its long time owner, a private collector from Farmington, Connecticut. He says it is a “wonderful show car” and remains a fantastic classic car to drive. He notes that it is “concours ready.” You will see videos of this car on the internet taken at some of the top shows in the U.S. It is #68 out of 99, a Super 8 Model 1502 Packard built that year. Its features include the 139″ wheelbase model with a divider window, radio and dual sidemounted tires. This 1502 model came with overdrive and an electric fuel pump. You will note that he cites several recent awards, including CCCA, PAC and an AACA National First Prize award in 2013. If you are interested in a Packard Super 8 this is the one you’ll want to buy. You should call the owner to confirm its provenance. We understand it may have been owned by a very prominent political legend of the 1930s. Find out if we are correct on this one.

This car has been SOLD.
