Not too many weeks ago we had one of the General Lee Dodge Chargers that had been prepped for the ’70s TV show “Dukes of Hazzard” but never used on camera. Well today we have another rare 1969 General Lee Dodge Charger, SGL3, used in a TV commercial with John Schneider and Tom Wopat, Bo and Luke Duke from the original TV show. It has the famous flame orange paint, full roll cage, B&M shifter, and many other goodies. They say it is powered by a 496 stoker motor, 540 hp, Edelbrock heads, 3″ exhaust, Wildwood brakes, aluminum radiator and 10.3 to 1 compression. The ad says it runs an 11.6 quarter mile. It comes with script and COA from studio builder. The ad notes that it is fast and street legal. The owner is from Bloomfield Township, Michigan, and he has just this week put it up for sale.

This car has been SOLD.
