1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe For Sale
Well known custom builder Rod Saboury has listed another of his great Pro Street Corvettes for sale. This week he listed the 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe which was featured by Legacy Innovations at the SEMA Show in 2012. This show car has won awards all over the country ever since. According to Saboury the Black Widow Split Window has “more tricks than Penn and Teller.” He says he spent countless hours on the custom details of this car. He went to Legacy Innovations, LLC of West York, Pennsylvania to help him fabricate his ideas.
The build includes, a supercharged Corvette LS 9-ZR1 motor, 638 hp, custom stainless headers and Borla stainless mufflers exiting through the front fender louvers, Tranzilla TS6 6-speed, Legacy and Saboury TIG-welded tube chassis, Detroit Speed front suspension, Detroit Speed quad link Legacy Moly 9″ Ford rear with Strange Trac Aluminum 3.73 Posi, Wilwood 4-wheel discs with custom engraved calipers, Billet Specialties wheels with custom adaptors for original 1963 knockoff cones and spinners, custom made reverse opening carbon fiber hood, widened rear quarter panels with mini-tubs and a custom leather interior with 1967 Corvette headrests.
