Internet Buyers Looking for MOPARS
Do the results of this month’s “Top Ten Most Popular” list for muscle cars look familiar? If you read our previous Top Ten Report they should – almost nothing has changed! Once again the Dodge Charger took the lead on our Top Ten, claiming 15.27 percent of internet searches (See our Mopar Section). Each month the Cars On Line staff analyzes statistics from Google and Bing search engines in order to understand consumer trends. Camaro remained steady in second with 15.24 percent of internet searches, while Corvette held on to third with 6.10 percent of searches. View the Top Ten Muscle Cars below.
Once again it was a month dominated by Ford in the classic car market. According to Google and Bing statistics, 33.21 percent of classic car buyers were in pursuit of something built by the Ford Motor Company (See our Ford Section). For the eighth month in a row the Ford Model A was the vehicle driving the most interest, as it made up 14.94 percent of internet searches for classic vehicles. As for the rest of the classic car rankings, things remained relatively unchanged. You’ll not this was the first time in as many months that Edsel made an appearance within the Top Ten.
