1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk Chosen DEAL of the DAY

1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk

A 1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk was chosen as this week’s DEAL of the DAY in the collector car market. The selection was just announced in the Cars-On-Line.com newsletter today. The Cars-On-Line newsletter is considered the standard of the collector car community. The Silver Hawk will be on the front cover of Cars-On-Line.com on Sunday.

Studebakers are so hot in this market, they are always on our Top Ten most popular among all classic car makes. The reason is because every Studebaker collector wants a ’50s Hawk model. This 1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk is priced very attractively. (Follow this link to the ad on the Cars-On-Line website.) The private seller from Abingdon, Virginia says it comes with a 259 V8 with a 3-speed manual with overdrive. It comes with a beautiful cream exterior and factory blue interior. He says all chrome has been redone, and he adds that the car runs and drives like new. He indicates it is an original Nevada car with a rust free body and approximately 780 miles on the car. You may want to ask him if that means the miles are original or miles since a rebuild. It will be our DEAL of the DAY on Sunday priced at just $26,000.

The DEAL of the DAY preview gives you first shot at all the cars that will be featured in the DEAL of the DAY section daily on the Cars On Line home page. These deals have been getting better and better each week as the collector car market goes “to sleep” for the winter. Some surprising prices are  developing in this current market. Often these cars sell in the newsletter before they even make it to the home page! You’ll always see them here first though.
