Cars-On-Line.com picked a 1941 Crosley Coupe Convertible as their DEAL of the DAY for Saturday, on Easter weekend. Cars-On-Line.com picks the “best deal on the internet” each week to highlight in their weekly newsletter, which is considered the standard of the classic car industry. The rare Crosley collector car almost looks like a toy car from its demure stature. (Click this link to read the ad description from the private party ad.) That is why it is categoriezed in the collector car market as a classic Microcar. Microcars are a popular “cult” movement among car collectors. Most microcars are of European origin since the roads in Europe are so narrow. However a few American car companies also followed the Microcar trend in the 1950s and 1960s.
A 1941 Crosley Coupe Convertible just posted by a private seller in Beach Park, Illinois is a surprise DEAL of the DAY for the Easter weekend. Why is it the best deal on the internet this week? This cute little classic Microcar is quite a find for the asking price of $7,500. The owner does not give us much of a description to go on so you should have a pre-purchase inspection done on this one before you buy. We assume it has been in storage because of the covering shown in the photo. The seller says it drives well, and comes with new paint, new top and new interior. If you are in the market for one of these classic microcars this one is priced affordably.
The DEAL of the DAY preview gives you first shot at all the cars that will be highlighted in the DEAL of the DAY feature on the Cars On Line home page. Often these cars sell in the newsletter before they even make it to the home page! You’ll always see them here first, though.
