Poncho collectors will be thrilled with this week’s Pontiac Deal of the Day on the internet. A 1974 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 was selected by Cars-On-Line.com as this week’s top find.
The 1974 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 might have been considered a “poor man’s” Trans Am back in the day. You got almost all the performance at a lower cost point when you bought a Firebird Formula 400 new as opposed to the more upscale Trans Am. Classic Car Liquidators out of Sherman, Texas brought this one to market this week. Take a look at the photos. It has a custom paint job that really pops. It has power steering, power front disc brakes, dual exhaust, a center console, air conditioning, 4-speed Hurst shifter and a tach. It also comes with an after market sound system and Autometer gauges. You should have it inspected before you buy. But check out the price on this one. It will be in the DEAL of the DAY feature on the front page of the Cars-On-Line.com website on Saturday with an asking price of $17,999. That’s a lotta’ car for the money in this collector car market.
The Deal of the Day was announced this week in the Cars-On-Line.com newsletter just published. The newsletter is where they give a heads up to newsletter readers on all the best deals coming up in the next week. Often these cars sell right here in the newsletter before they even make it to the home page! You’ll always see them here first, though.
