Corvette collectors will be amazed at this post. A 1965 Corvette Convertible has been listed for sale this week at such a great price that it will be the Deal of the Day on the internet on Saturday.
When a 1965 Corvette Convertible was listed out of Ontario, Canada, the local classic car dealer there said it was a driver class car with some older paint. He indicates that the Glen Green paint shows well but has minor cracking in the lacquer finish. However says the body and frame are excellent. (Follow this link to review photos and a detailed description of the car.) Stored during the winters, this classic Corvette has just 95,000 original miles, according to the ad copy. The seller says there have only been 2,000 miles put on the car in the past 10 years. Brakes, brake lines and bushings have been done in the past five years. It comes with sidepipes and has had the motor built to 350 hp.
But it will be Deal of the Day because the price is well below the average value on a 1965 Corvette convertible. The Canadian dealer is only asking $40,000 on this classic Corvette.
