In an online post about a 1969 Chevy El Camino muscle truck today, the Cars-On-Line newsletter noted that car collectors are reducing their prices on collector cars this week.
The prices on collector cars are dropping. This is probably the best time we have ever seen to buy a classic muscle car or classic ’50s ride. Here is an example. This 1969 Chevy El Camino takes a nice picture. (Click here to review the actual ad online.) The private seller from Valders, Wisconsin tells us it has undergone a rotisserie restoration and comes with paperwork. It is not an SS. It has a 350 V8 small block motor with an automatic transmission. With tubular A-arms up front, it also comes with a rebuilt transmission, disc brakes and a 12-bolt rear end. I think you will agree that this is a lotta’ truck for the money. It will be the Deal of the Day on Saturday because the asking price is only $18,995.
The Deal of the Day preview gives you first shot at all the cars that will be highlighted in a feature on the Cars On Line home page. Often these cars sell in the newsletter before they even make it to the home page.
