Plymouth Duster Twister

1972 Plymouth Duster Twister

The Plymouth Duster Twister brand was developed in 1971. It was one of the many appearance packages that Plymouth used to market the Duster.  On Saturday, a 1972 Plymouth Duster Twister will be offered as the Deal of the Day on the internet.  The announcement came in the new edition of the Cars-On-Line newsletter.

When the Valiant logo was deleted from the Plymouth Duster package in 1971, the Duster took on a new image. A new trim package was released, called the Duster Twister. By 1972 the Twister package was enhanced to present a “cool” performance look, in fact, one of the most aggressive A-body designs. This 1972 Plymouth Duster Twister has the Hemi Orange color, and a performance 360 engine which was not original to the car. (You can see dozens of detailed photos here on the ad page.) We know you love the look of the dual air scoops for styling atop the blackout hood. The wide grille, Rallye wheels and full Duster Twister graphics are all part of the special look. It is available today at Streetside Classics in Charlotte, North Carolina at a special price.  It will be our Deal of the Day on Saturday. They are only asking $19,995.

The DEAL of the DAY preview gives you first shot at all the cars to be highlighted in the  feature on the Cars On Line home page. Often these cars sell in the newsletter before they even make it to the home page! You’ll always see them in the newsletter first, though.
