A 1923 Ford T-Bucket has been chosen as Deal of the Day for Monday, according to the recently published Cars-On-Line newsletter. The classic British two-seater sports car is being offered at such an affordable price, it was the best deal on the internet.
The T-Bucket Ford has to be one of the most interesting developments in automotive history. How these hot rods became so common in the street rodding hobby must mystify collectors who are not familiar with North American car culture. Here is a 1923 Ford T-Bucket being offered for sale by Classic Car Liquidators in Sherman, Texas. (Tap here to see detailed photos.) It comes with a custom interior, side exit dual exhaust with long tube headers, Edelbrock aluminum valve covers and aluminum intake, a Carter carb and coil over shocks. The ad copy seems to indicate that there are only 4,563 miles on the build. That small block 350 ci Chevy engine really looks good tucked in the open engine compartment. It will be the DEAL of the DAY on Monday. The asking price is only $17,999.
The Deal of the Day is one of the most popular features in the weekly Cars-On-Line newsletter. A favorite of classic car fans, the newsletter shows many of the top cars posted on the Cars-On-Line website each week. The preview gives you first shot at all the cars that will be highlighted on the homepage of Cars-On-Line.com each week. Often these cars sell in the newsletter before they even make it to the homepage.
